Educational Facilities
Technology at your fingertips that doesn't disrupt the classroom or the budget.
We wanted all employees to be able to use the equipment without training...now with URC, anybody can use the system. It's been fantastic.
Jim Wannemacher,
Events Marketing Manager, New Era Cap

Across classrooms, schools and large campuses, a wide variety of technology is typically used including DVDs, Internet, streaming media, projectors, document cameras and a variety of PC applications for presenting curriculum. With URC, we make it easy to bring all these different things together into one seamless system that maximizes teaching and learning. Control audio and video equipment, lights, screens and more - from an intuitive keypad or touchscreen. Educational facilities nationwide have leveraged URC solutions to automate their technology so that anyone on staff can use it — and the primary focus remains on education.

  • Make it easy for instructors to arrive, plug in and start their presentation
  • Enter a large auditorium, touch a keypad on the wall and set lights to the perfect level
  • Lower the shades, drop the screen and start the presentation with one button press
  • Leverage URCs world-renowned remotes to command all A/V components for affordable in-classroom controls

URC Solutions are simply wired using standard topology, IP-based for easier control of more equipment, and configurable in many combinations of wired or wireless solutions.
