Dealers now can program, update or service any Total Control device from the comfort of their own offices.

Indianapolis – CEDIA EXPO 2011 – Booth 3240 – September 8-10, 2011 – URC, The Pioneer in Control Technology, has announced that all of its Total Control products can now be programmed, updated and serviced off-site via the Internet.

Using URC Off-Site Programming, dealers can troubleshoot and update Total Control devices—even program devices that they may have just physically installed at a home.

Now more than ever, CEDIA pros need to keep costs down and make the most efficient use of their time. URC expects its Off-Site Programming feature will save Total Control dealers significant time and money. In addition, dealers can provide more rapid customer service, creating happier clients.
