The UR5-8700L Series remote controls are Tru2way/OCAP compliant with the capability of controlling 5 devices (Cable Set-top Box, TV, VCR, DVD, and Auxiliary device). The UR5-8700L Series provides complete control for HD and DVR set-top boxes as well as easy access to On Demand features. Optional Full keypad backlighting provides ease of use in low light conditions. The UR5-8700L Series is available with Infrared (IR) learning or upgradeable capabilities.

The UR5-8700L Series features a programmable System Power button to turn on all devices with the push of one button. Three custom programmable macro buttons can be used for favorite channels. Complete with Channel and Volume Lock to allow customization of control settings. Ten year Memory Lock will store remote settings when batteries are removed.

The remote is powered by 2 AA Alkaline batteries (included) and is available with a Grey or Metallic Blue colored case. The UR5-8700L Series ships with a user guide/programming manual.
